Normally, I’m never one to take the time to write a review. I will keep it simple and include both situations of parties- myself and business. Yesterday, 8/21/25, I called Danny’s shop and was greeted with Louie receptionist) and asked if I could have my car service for an alignment. Luis said sure, write down your information and job describing what is needed for said vehicle. Left my keys at 12:30 p.m. and stated it would be a 2-3 hour job. Around 4:45 p.m. 10 minutes prior to closing) I called and asked the status of my car. Another person, besides Louie, stated that they never received or serviced my car. Asked them to work on it now before closing but responded that I can leave it overnight or bring it in the morning. Took my business elsewhere. Key points: * I should’ve left my car outside the driveway as I did park my car outside around the corner of the business to not interfere or clutter the driveway. - However, Luis acknowledged the car I got out of and confirmed it was that car that would be serviced. Keys were also in his possession, lost track of them. *I should’ve maybe called earlier after 2-3 hour mark. - however, that is the reason clients would leave their

I took my Classic Chevy truck to Dalton’s for ball joints and steering component replacement work. Louie and his staff did a great job, very courteous, experienced and professional. Shop was clean and orderly. Louie and his staff went above and beyond to get my truck back to excellent driving condition. If you want reasonable pricing and honest customer service Dalton’s the place to go to.

Be careful with this mechanic shop. The owner is taking advantage of my elderly dad. He took his car to get his brakes replaced and ever since it has been an issue after another. He can’t find what’s wrong with it. Owner refunded my dad for a master cylinder that was replaced there and did not work. My dad took his car elsewhere and had that new master cylinder replaced again and brakes are properly working now. Your well being comes first.

This place is the best alignment shop in town. Took my lifted 4x4 truck to other well known shops in town but they couldn't get it done 100%. I take my truck off road all the time and needs alignments done more frequently than normal wear and tear. This shop has nailed it every time. Place is super clean too. Highly recommend this shop.
